I have been actively involved in property since I was 19 when I bought my first property in Australia. I have worked as a site foreman in the UK construction industry throughout Ireland, Scotland and England in the shop fitting industry and then moved into renovating residential property when the recession hit. In 2008 as the recession hit the construction industry and the housing market, I moved across to helping people with selling their properties.
